Background: 
The client, a start-up assessment services and delivery organization, was in need of a full-service ERP, CRM, order processing, marketing, project management system. The customer selected NetSuite as their service. The full-service system was scheduled for implementation in 2014. Prior to implementation, a number of facets needed to be set up to be prepared to face the customer in 2014.

Challenge: 
Three parties, two parent companies and a child company (the Joint Venture), needed access to the data and information provided and fed through NetSuite. The parties, each their own distinct entity with separte processes and systems, have teamed up to launch a new product in the education assessment market via the Joint Venture. The client needed a solution to share order management and processing information data with all three parties seamlessly, efficiently and effectively.

Strategy: 
Develop aa strategy to define the order processing and order management systems for the short term (interim prior to ERP implementation) and long term (post ERP implementation). Define how systems will communicate to each entity to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information across parties. Provide the foundation for data migration from legacy systems to the new ERP OM system.

Result: 
Developed project charter including: scope, necessary outputs and deliverables, measures of success, statement of work (SOW), proposed timeline, and potential risks anad issuses that need to be monitored by executive leadership. Provided client with strategy and outline to implement the project.
